Bedrooms

4 double rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors with 3 king size beds (1,60m x 2m) and 2 single beds (0,90m x 1,90m). In each room you will find a spacious wall cupboard and a table with 2 wicker chairs.

Bathrooms / Toilets

Each room has its own ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Kitchen

A cooker with 4 hot stoves, an oven, a microwave, refrigerator with freezing compartment, dishwasher, sink unit and coffee maker equip the large kitchen on the ground floor. Off course there also is everything necessary for self-catering like pots, pans and knives etc. as well as dishes, glasses and cutlery. The table with 4 chairs is nice for breakfast or a snack.

Living Room

Also on the ground floor there is the living room with access towards the south terrace. Here you have a large dining table with 8 chairs as well as a sofa and two easy chairs. Satellite-TV and a radio with integrated tape deck and CD-player are at your disposal

Entrance

With wardrobe and a storeroom below the stairs, containing all cleaning utensils.

Terrace / Garden

At the south side of the house beside a superb mimosa tree there is the terrace, which is partly covered by vine tendrils. A sunshade, garden tables with 8 chairs and 4 deckchairs are at your disposal. Between the house and the adjoining wood you can benefit from a large splendid garden area with lawns, bushes and flowers.

Other characteristics

Central heating, about 150mē (1600 sq. ft) living space, washing machine (located in the washhouse. It is available to the guests of both houses of "Moulin d'Ibure")
